    a. Yes, the supervisor is always on the job site to ensure that the project runs smoothly

    a. A residential roof can take anywhere from 1-3 days

  • 5. What happens to my roof if it starts leaking?

    a. We have an emergency response team that can generally get out there within 24 hours

  • 6. What is your response time for workmanship warranty?

    a. Usually, we will be out there within 24 hours.

  • 7. How can a homeowner recognize with a roof system has problem?

    a. Loss or missing shingles. Creased shingles or water leaks

  • 8. How does the process of obtaining a new roof through my insurance company work?

    a. Inspect the roof for damage

    b. Explain to the customer the damage that was found

    c. Together with the homeowner, call the insurance company and open a claim

    d. When the insurance company sends an adjuster out, an employee of Source Roofing Consultants will attend the adjuster meeting to ensure the adjuster does not overlook any damage

    e. If the insurance claim is approved, the only out of pocket expense to the homeowner is their deductible
